• Account details: your name, email address and password (or your Google sign-in details if you choose to log in with Google).
• Student details we ask for when you first sign in: your full name, age, NIC or passport number, address, phone number and the course you want to join.
• Contact details you give us in the contact form or call panel: name, email, phone number and your message.
• Payment details: the course and amount paid, payment references and any bank slip you upload. Card payments are handled by our payment gateway (PayHere) - we never see or store your full card number.
• Learning activity: the courses you have access to, live classes you join and your payment history.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your student account and give you access to paid courses.
• To confirm who each student is, match payments to the right person and contact you about your classes and payments.
• To process and confirm payments and to handle refunds.
• To create personal join links for live classes (through Zoom).
• To reply to your questions and send important notices about your account, classes and payments.
• To improve our website and courses.
• To prevent fraud, spam and misuse of the website, including the use of Google reCAPTCHA.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the academy, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• PayHere, to process card and online payments.
• Google Firebase, to host the website, store accounts and handle sign-in.
• Zoom, to run live classes.
• Google reCAPTCHA, to protect our forms from bots.
• Government or law enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Data security

We use secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls and trusted hosting providers to protect your information. Only authorised staff can see payment records and uploaded slips. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and fix any issue quickly.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language choice and understand how the website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website, such as logging in, may not work without them.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for payments, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@wickyanalysis.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
