1. Using the website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account and make payments.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity on your account.
• Your account is for you only. Sharing your login, or letting others watch recordings or join live classes with your access, is not allowed.
• You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, hack or misuse it.

2. Education only - not financial advice

All content, including recordings, live classes and mentor comments, is for educational purposes only and is not financial, investment or trading advice. Trading crypto currencies and forex carries a high risk of loss, and you may lose more than you invest. Past results shown by us or other students do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. Courses and pricing

• Course prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) as a monthly fee on the website.
• We try to keep course descriptions, schedules and prices accurate, but mistakes may happen. We may correct errors and change prices at any time. A price change never affects a month you have already paid for.
• Live class dates and times may change. We will notify students of changes in advance where possible.

4. Orders and payments

• You can pay by card or online payment through PayHere, or by bank transfer with a slip uploaded to your dashboard.
• By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
• Access to a course starts once the payment is confirmed and lasts for one month. Payments are not renewed automatically.
• We may refuse or cancel a payment, for example if it looks fraudulent or a pricing error occurred. In that case we will refund any amount paid.

5. Delivery of services

Our courses are delivered online. After your payment is confirmed, the course's recordings appear in your dashboard and you can join its live classes through personal Zoom links. No physical goods are shipped. Bank transfer payments are usually confirmed within one working day.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All course material, recordings, slides, text, logos and designs on this website belong to WickyUni Trading Academy and are protected by copyright. You may view them for your own personal learning only. You may not download, record, copy, share, resell or publish any course material without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The website and courses are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, WickyUni Trading Academy is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or any indirect or consequential damage, arising from your use of the website or course material. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time; the latest version is always on this page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, without a refund for the affected month.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
